葉の厚さ　leaf thickness

四季彩８の葉厚は、見た目に重厚な葉に映り、植物のたくましさを感じさせる。

目に映る葉の厚さは、例として照葉樹（例としてツバキの葉）と桜を対比すると、照葉樹葉は光沢が有り葉の輪郭のふくらみ、葉のたわみ、葉脈の張りが総合してたくましい視覚としてイメージする。

四季彩8の葉は、たくましい厚い葉のイメージに合致する。

The leaf thickness of Shikisai 8 gives the appearance of solid leaves, giving a sense of the robustness of the plant. The thickness of the leaves visible to the eye is, for example, when comparing evergreen trees (camellia leaves, for example) and cherry blossoms. キリンソウの葉の厚さは　葉脈を外した場所で0.5ｍｍ～0.9ｍｍ　平均0.7ｍｍである。

キリンソウの葉の厚さは、葉の大きさとある程度連動する。小型葉（葉長5ｃｍ以下）では0.5ｍｍ程度であるが

10ｃｍに達する大型葉では0.9ｍｍ近くに達する。

葉の厚さは葉脈の大きさにも影響し、葉を横断方向に葉脈を含んだ高さを測定すると、

四季彩８は触った感触がとても厚く感じる。
